Delivery & Returns Policy

  • Kindly note that due to Covid-19 restrictions there might be delays in deliveries. But our team is working hard to make the deliveries on time for you.
  • All deliveries will be during weekdays due to Covid-19 restrictions
  • Island-wide delivery to your doorstep
  • Delivery time will be from 8am - 5pm.
  • Delivery charges are based on delivery location and weight of the package.
  • Delivery duration (Excluding weekends until pandemic situation is sorted)

                1. Colombo 1-15 - deliver within 2 working days         
           2. Colombo near suburbs - within 2 working days
           3. Outstation delivery - within 2-4 working days

  • If you have special instructions/timings for the delivery, please mention them at Step 4: Delivery Method
  • Payment methods :  Cash on delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer/ Credit, Debit or Amex card payments via PayHere
  • All our orders are delivered through a courier company that we have partnered up with. 
  • If a package is damaged or open, please contact us immediately before accepting it. We will contact our courier partner and arrange a replacement package at earliest.
  • Cost of return packages should be bared by the customer unless the package is damaged, wrong items received, missing items from the order.
